T: Tackle Nutrition: I teach you how to simplify meal planning, and how to cycle phases of nutrition so you can lose fat, build lean muscle, and transform your body!
R: Redefine Your Mindset: We tackle limiting beliefs around your goals and I teach you proven methods to rewire your mind so you can finally reach those BIG GOALS!
O: Optimize Your Fitness Plan to Improve Metabolism: I teach you the MOST important things to focus on with your workouts and training to help you finally get toned while working smarter, NOT harder as well as what will optimize metabolism for the years to come!
N: Nail Down Habits that Double Down Results: I teach you the simple habits to master and make a part of your daily routine so you can easily get and maintain that toned, healthy body!
G: Graduate and Implement: We review everything we learned and talk about how to manage your fitness results while balancing LIFE events such as weekends, holidays, and vacations! Plus I give you strategies to use if/when you fall off.

Here’s What You Get
Weekly Workouts
You get a 3-phased fitness program (home or gym-based) with 4 workouts weekly that implement progressive overload and are focused on glutes, legs, shoulders, and back to build that hourglass frame. Plus optional core and mobility days!
6 Weekly S.T.R.O.N.G. Lessons
You get 6 video lessons with 15+ resources that teach you about nutrition, training, optimizing metabolism with age, mindset, healthy habits, and creating a lifestyle to reach and keep your fitness goals.
Access to STRONG-HER In-App Group Chat
You have access to a group chat where you can ask me questions, submit form videos for feedback from me, and share your wins in a community of supportive women.
Choose from a Gym Or At Home Workout Plan
You can choose from a home-based program, using a bench, dumbbells and bands, or a gym-based program depending on your preference.
The workout program within the Strong-Her 12-week group coaching is designed to help improve strength, build muscle, and sculpt an hourglass shape.
Both programs offer:
Hypertrophy focused training
3 phased progressive overload plan
4 days a week
2 upper body days, 2 lower body days
Cardio options included
Demo videos available for each exercise to ensure proper form
Program Versions (In Home Based OR Gym Based):
Home Version: Utilizes a bench, dumbbells and resistance bands, making it suitable for those working out from home or with limited access to equipment.
Gym Version: Catered towards those with access to a gym and prefer using a wider range of equipment to enhance their workouts.
